Philly Create 42: Denim Day Recap

Our recent Philly Create meetup was a celebration of creativity inspired by international Denim Day.  As a community, we embraced the power of denim to make a statement and unite for an important cause.

The day began with an unforgettable experience as we gathered in front of the historic church to capture stunning photos. Our excitement was palpable, but unfortunately, we were swiftly kicked out by security. Instead of letting this setback dampen our spirits, it brought us closer together as a creative family, bonding over our shared passion for photography and denim.

What followed was pure magic. As we explored the city streets, everyone adorned in denim, it felt like a denim parade had taken over Philly. The synchronicity of our outfits created a visually striking scene, drawing attention and turning heads everywhere we went.

Through our photos and shared experiences, we not only celebrated International Denim Day but also used our platform to amplify the message of Sexual Harassment Awareness.
