Philly Create 38 Recap

Philly Create 38 Recap

The Philly Create community is truly a force to be reckoned with, and the last photo meet up of the year in Philadelphia exemplified the spirit of creativity that defines our community.

The Rodin Museum, with its serene courtyard, served as the perfect backdrop for our annual Black and White photo meet up. Surrounded by the timeless sculptures our community found ample space to connect, collaborate, and let their imaginations run wild. The atmosphere was charged with inspiration, as model, photographers, designers, stylists, and more came together in the pursuit of collective creation.

However, as fate would have it, our creative sanctuary faced an unexpected foe in the form of the site supervisor – a character reminiscent of a Scooby-Doo villain, complete with wiry hair and a disdain for the exuberance of our artistic revelry. Despite our efforts to negotiate and share our passion, it became apparent that our creative energy clashed with his vision of an empty courtyard on a Saturday afternoon.

Undeterred, the Philly Create community proceeded to the 2nd location…the historic Philadelphia Art Museum. The transition proved to be a serendipitous turn of events, as the vast and diverse surroundings provided an even more expansive canvas for our collective expression.

Amidst the grandeur of the art museum, our collaboration reached new heights. Creatives exchanged ideas, built upon each other's visions, and transformed the space into a dynamic hub of artistic synergy.

The Philly Create community is not just a group; it's a testament to the enduring power of collaboration in the pursuit of artistic excellence. Our journey continues, fueled by the unwavering spirit of creativity that binds us together.
